• When & Where at key times? How are they accessing the experience through app or platform? We’ll share and Effort vs Impact Matrix.
Then we work on Solving their goal through defining tasks, quick sketches and rapid prototypes.
• How would we know that the solution was successful is the final question. Task success rate, completion time, engagement and revenue.
